ANNOUNCEMENT! LISTEN UP!!!

Okay!!! I know I've been neglecting this.... but school, babysitting, and family issues have been keeping me from this. Now that I've got this settled, I have decided to make an extention to the contest.




Rules:

1. Draw Kakashi WITHOUT his mask on.

2. His face still has to be covered up, but cannot be with any type of clothing on his face.

3. Eyes and above are allowed to be showing (( in the facial region )).

4. Has to be your own, original drawing. Can be traditional or digital.

5. Must be in GIF or JPEG format, so is easily transferrable. (( There has been some difficulty with this. ))




Time Limit:

Start Date: A long time ago...
End Date: August 13, 2007






Prizes:

The prizes are undecided. There will be a First, Second, and Third prize, for sure. Otherwise, it is undetermined. Feel free to suggest what you think will be good prizes.

If you do not want to enter in the contest, but want to help in the making, editing, or idea-process of the prizes please let me know as soon as possible. Volunteers are welcomed!
